Ran 7 x 1 min. at around 5k pace with 2 min. recovery runs. Ran OK, but had to adjust this workout some. Left calf has been very tight and wasn't much better during this run. Got through the workout and had to be careful not to push things too much. Form and everything was off slightly and that affected me a little. Overall, not great but I got through it. No other major issues. Ran the first mile in 7:18, the last 2 in 7:37 - not that this matters much.
