Ran 10 miles around Rossmoyne industrial park. Wasn't 100% sure I would even go this far but things were going OK so I decided to go for it. Pace was a lot better than I was expecting and wasn't too much of a struggle, but still should have backed it off some. Just didn't need to go that fast. Felt OK and really wasn't a struggle until the last mile, and even then it wasn't terrible. Felt OK and no major issues.
