Notes
Ran 12 miles at 1/4 to 1/2 effort on roads. Moved pretty well for the most part. First mile was around 7:15 and was sub 7 for the next 9 miles. Backed off the last 2. Really shouldn't have pushed the pace on this run. Need to really be careful over the next week. Body is fine, though outside of left foot still bothering me some.
