Ran 3 mile tempo run (20 minutes total). Did OK. Was fairly controlled for the most part. Maybe pushed a little more than I should have (always seems to be the case). Did keep an even pace though. Not overly tired at finish. Legs seemed to do OK. Hamstring "catched" some a the start. It's like I have a thin band of muscle that's tighter than all the others. Knee a little sore than ususal. Did do some leg extensions after the run. Lifting seems to help a little.
