Notes

Ran fartlek of 1 min. at 5k pace, then 3 min. recovery jogs. Not sure how many I did - maybe 6? Was really tired and started out too hard. Had to stop twice during the workout. Just can't run like that. Otherwise I felt OK, no serious issues with Achilles and knee. Just was hoping for a better outcome.
