Ran 10 miles easy on roads. Really not sure how hard or easy I actually went. Felt like I was moving a little close to 8 min. pace at times, then other times it felt close to 9 min. pace. Just really tired at the end and legs tight and sore. Just felt really crappy after about 5-6 miles, but got through it. Not sure why sometimes it feels good and other times it feels horrible.
