Notes

Ran fartlek workout of 8 x 1 min. at 5k pace or close to it with 2 minute recovery jogs. Ran OK, needing to just start from scratch here. Felt OK and actually ran OK. Achilles was tight at the start but felt after it got warmed up. Pace was OK, but controlled. Still ran it harder than I should have. Need to just back off and focus on running where I'm at now.
