Notes

Ran about 5 x 1 min (the first one was 2 min) at 5k pace with about 2-3 min. recovery. Did not go well. Very tired and flat. Had to stop 1x during the workout. Ran on the 5k course and 3 miles came through around 22:45. Just spent after the workout and just can't seem to adjust to the training. It's like my body won't adapt to training anymore. Not sure what's going on. Just frustrating and can't seem to make things work. Not sure what to do anymore.
