Ran 8 miles easy on treadmill at Planet Fitness. Tried to run at a faster pace than I would have on the treadmill at home. Probably averaged about a 9 minute mile, actually ran at a 7:47 pace for awhile. Felt OK, tired at end. Left foot a little tight and sore. Need to make sure I'm stretching it since I'm not using my orthotics. Rest of me OK, just a little tired.
