Notes

Ran fartlek workout on roads. Ran Amy's 2.5 mile (two pickle dog leg) course with the "P" to start and kept going and ran Kimberly until the 1/2 mile (corner of Kimberly and Jayne). Did this a little different than in the past few years. Ran 90 seconds for my reps with 2:30 recovery. Over the past year or so, going from 1 min. pickups to 2 min. has just felt like too big of a jump. Doing it in 30 second increments this time. This seemed to work better today, pace felt strong but was not taxing. Felt in control and moved pretty well. Added 30 seconds to the recovery and that seemed to work well too (was also easier to keep track of things on my watch). Tired but OK, no major issues than a few aches and pains. Nothing major I think.
