Ran 5 easy on roads in evening. Ran late due to the heat. Was in the low 90s today. Still quite humid this evening. Ran OK though, good even pace. Body actually felt pretty good. Few problems. Knees even feel better today. No concerns with feet. Spenco insoles appear to be helping for now.
