Ran 4 miles very easy with Amy. Ran in Hanover and I think Amy was a little surprised by all the hills. Was a nice day to run and felt pretty good (though wasn't running hard at all). Hamstring was OK for the most part and really didn't bother me. Again, I wasn't running harder at all so it's hard to say how it's doing.
