Ran 4 miles semi-easy on roads. Didn't run as easy as I should have. Pace was in the 8:40s to 8:50s and should have been slower. Felt OK though I could tell I was pushing a little at times. Had to briefly stop just before 3 miles to reset things. Felt OK thought a little tired at the end. Really windy out so hard to run at times. Right hamstring was OK for the most part, though bothered me a little during the day before I ran.
