Notes
Warm run for a November evening. Ran pretty well. Legs still continue to be a little stiff. Ran the last 1/2 mile at about 1/2 effort. Want to throw in some pick-ups every so once in awhile. Knee is bothering me a little more than I would like as of late. Will need to take cate of things now. Now is the time to heal.
