Ran 1 mile time-trial on roads. Really rough run today. Think I might have done a little better, but the wind was really bad the last 1/2 of the run. Gusts up to 15 mph I would guess. Came through the first 1/2 mile in about 2:42. Felt OK for the most part. No major issues with body, hamstrings OK. Really wanted to go faster, but weather really screwed things up today.
