Ran a late evening run with Amy. Not a fast one, but I needed something really easy. Ran some of it by myself and a good bit with Amy. Felt good, probably the best I've felt in days, but the pace was nice and slow. Even when I was off on my own I kept the pace slow. I think that's going to be important for the next month or so - keep things slow and in check. Body OK, no major issues.
