Notes
Ran 6 miles easy on roads. Did not feel great on this one but was a little warmer and more humid than it has been over the past few days. Also ran a little harder than I should have. Wanted to do 7 but have to be satisfied with 6. Did have to stop 2x to reset things. Most of my miles were a little under 9 minutes, with 2 just over 9. Felt tired at the end but OK. Right hamstring and calf a little tight but OK.
