Ran 12 miles easy in AM. Was going to be a very hot day (90s), so I decided that I needed to get out early. Still didn't get out early enough. Just a very warm morning. Struggled at first and the first 4-5 miles didn't feel great. Legs just a little wobbly and felt weak. Did get better and managed to get through the rest of the workout. Hamstrings and Achilles OK, just tight.
