Ran 10 miles on roads. Has been a while since I've done 10 miles so I was glad to get this in. Felt OK, though was a little tiring at times. Think I kept the pace pretty even and did about 8:30 miles. Ran with my orthotics again since my right knee has been an issue. Think time will tell if it's the right move or not. Hard to say at this point. Took awhile for me to feel comfortable in them. Overall, an OK run and really didn't feel too trashed during the evening.
