Notes
Ran 7 surges of about 350 meters to about 1/2 mile. Good majority of them were over 400 meters. Ran OK. Felt a little better than yeasterday. Hamstring held up well. Knee a little better, but still sore. Very hot and humid out. Was in the 90s throughout the day. Still 80 degrees even at 9pm.
