Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Wanted to run slower, but struggled to do so. First mile was a 8:10, then the second was a 7:21. Averaged about 7:35-40 after that. Really need to not do this, especially after a harder or longer run. I'm sure I will be tired on my next run as I've basically ran 2 harder days. Just need to be more careful and fight to run easy on the days I should. Felt OK, no issues with significant injuries, etc.
