Ran 8 x 1 min. at around current 5k pace with 2 min. recovery. Ran all 8, surprisingly, with not a ton of problems. I think I pushed things a little too quick as I did have to stop a little after 2 miles briefly. Got through the rest of the workout. Came through 3 miles in 22:45. Legs and body tired, but no serious injury problems right at the moment. Hope I can build on this but it's up to me to make sure that can happen by watching my diet, etc. Glad I got this in as it was impossible to do it yesterday. Just need to work at this and start taking things a lot more serious.
