Ran 3 miles very easy on roads. Ran maybe a lttle over 2 miles with Kelly, some with Amy and a little by myself. Probably put in a little over 3 miles (ran for 35 minutes total). Felt OK, no issues at all. Nice to get a real easy day in. No lingering issues from previous day's hard run. Feel pretty good.
