Ran 6 x 1 min. at 5k pace with 2 min. recovery jogs. Actually needed to run 3.1 miles to get all 6 reps in. Felt OK, didn't have to stop and felt mostly in control. Tired at end but held pace thoughout for the most part. Pace did seem to be a little better than last time, but did run 30 seconds less for each rep this time. Tired afterwards but no major issues. Decent run.
