Notes
Ran 12 miles at rail trail. Went with Amy (she ran 9) and I forgot watch, GPS so I'm guessing a little on time and distance. Ran 10 for sure, then went up the trail for a little while to try to find Amy. Got about 2 miles in. Felt OK, little flat and really didn't move well, but I think the previous night's picnic with the neighbors didn't help. Hamstring and Achilles were tight, but OK. Now is the time to start getting this right.
