Ran 2.5 miles easy at the gym. Ran for the first time in about 4 days. Ankle was that bad and I just needed to give it a break. Got new orthotics (Superfeet black) and tried to take it easy. Ankle started to give me fits at about .8 into my run. Stopped and loosened shoes and that helped. Just not sure why this is so bad this time, but I need to stop with all the crap and really start working on my weak areas. Talk about strength work, but never do anything seriously about it. Need to devote serious time if I want to keep doing this - that's the price of things at this point of my life.
