Notes
Ran a 3-mile progression run back on Bradley Brownlee in Ohio. Ran the half mile loop 3x. Miles were 8:22, 7:27, 7:09. Felt OK initially but could tell I was pushing at first. Did have to stop for like 30 seconds at about the 2.25 mark. Frustrated I had to do that and probably could have continued on. Tired at the end but OK.
