Ran 3 miles on 5k course with 5 pickups of about 2+ minutes. Ran about 3 min. recoveries. Ran this unstructured and went as I felt. Tried to keep pace in check and think I did a decent job of this. Ran well and didn't have to stop at any point. Felt like pace was even and strong throughout the run. No issues, body tired but OK.
