Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Rough run as it was very cold and had got some snow during the day. Roads were a little slick so was a little hard to run with an even pace. Body was a little tired at the end but OK. Tried to take it easy on right hamstring due to slick spots on roads and did OK for the most part. Was a little stiff but let me run. Is slowly getting better.
