Easy run in PM. Felt rough the whole way. Heart and lungs felt fine, but knee (left) and left foot caused me problems. Everything with my form fell apart the last 2 miles. Everything started to hurt. Got better as the evening went. Iced knee for about 45 minutes on and off. Feels better. Really tough day running. AM run caught up with me this evening.
