Ran East Berlin 5k. Was a slightly rough run as it was very humid and literally started raining right after the gun. First mile was in 5:42, second in 5:53 (which surprised me) and my third in 6:01. Really felt like my pace was really slow after a mile but it really didn't drop off that much. Just never felt good during the entire race. That's been an issue lately. Even the first mile really didn't flow or go by easy. It's been amazing that I've still been able to run OK, not really where I want to be, but OK. Ankle was fine during race but has been a little sore since. Rest off me OK. Do think my finish time might be a little faster as this seems to be a slightly longer course.
