Notes

Ran 4 x 1100 meters on road. Felt pretty good today. Felt lighter and had better lift in my legs. Only issue was pushing the last 2 harder than I needed. Need to not push workouts!, even if it feels good. Not working out at that point, racing the workout. Knee tight but appears to be OK. Hamstring a little tight. Need to keep up with the rehab. also.
