Ran 3 miles with 5 x 2 min. pickups at pace with 3 min. recovery jogs. Went OK for the most part. Again, really hard to run hard lately. Just tired and heavy at first. Nothing really feels good or flows anymore. Ankle was an issue warming up but really didn't bother me much during the workout. Just have to be careful and keep working at this.
