Ran 3 x 3/4 mile reps through development next to Friendship Park. Ran OK but not quite what I was expecting. Pace during reps was around 6:25-35 on average and each rep was around 4:45. Thought it would be a little quicker but was not the case. Last part of rep was on the main straightaway of the development and is mostly flat. Had a hard time keeping a faster pace, even though I felt like I was running harder. Didn't really feel horrible, but just couldn't move. Recovery from each rep was about 4 minutes. Body OK and no major issues.
