Ran 2 miles easy on roads. Planning on a double day and wanted to get a couple miles in this morning. Going to be really hot (upper 80s, 90s) over the next few days and going to need to break things up. Not a great week and last month was a bust but another new month, right? Such a long way to go but at least I'm still trying.
