1 mile easy, 5 mile cut down, 0.5 mile cool down

Today's cut down was fairly difficult. The last two miles were both mentally and physically challenging. It didn't help that the health club was hotter than usual and I was sweating half a mile into the warm up. Additionally, my heart rate was higher than usual and my resting heart rate was up. I think my body is just trying to adjust to this much running again. I'll make sure to take tomorrow's recovery run pretty slow. My calves didn't hurt during the run, so I added the strides at the end.
