This workout went pretty well! The only time my foot doesn’t hurt is when I’m running, which is strange. I was in quite a bit of pain when I finished though. The past few days I’ve been feeling very out of shape. I mean I haven’t been eating very healthy, so that’s probably why. Today I felt really good though! I definetly could’ve gone faster!
