2 mile warm up (16:00), 2x2.5 mile tempo w/ 3:30 standing rest, 1 mile cool down (8:13)
Tempo: 6:31 pace for first set, 6:27 pace for second
This run went pretty well! I’m in Des Moines, so I had to do it on the hotel treadmill, which is never ideal. However, I felt pretty good. When I woke up, there was some pain in my right hip, but it loosened up on the warm up. I felt really smooth and relaxed throughout the entire tempo part of the workout!
