Notes

5 minute warm up, 10x1 minute hard, 1 minute easy, 5 minute cool down

I'm still keeping the cross training pretty light, and I don't want to do too much in terms of intensity. I'm also trying to mix up my cross training, because I don't want to get burned out like I did earlier this spring.

+ core + rehab + push-ups
