1.5 mile warm up, 1200, 600, 2000, 600, 1200, 600, 1600 w/ 3min rest between everything, 1.5 mile cool down, goal was to get faster on the second set

Today's workout went pretty well. I was definitely tired afterwards, and it was mentally challenging running the longer reps on the indoor track. I was hoping my second set would be a little faster, as I was on the higher end of my goal times, but I gave it my best. My calves were pretty sore/tired afterwards. I sat in the ice bath, so hopefully that helps.
