10 min warm up, 2,3,4,5,4,3,2 min hard w/ 90 seconds easy in between, 13 min cool down

Hard- level 10

It's a lot easier to get my heart rate up on the elliptical (as opposed to the bike or pool), so I feel like this workout mimicked a good interval session.
