I felt pretty good today. I've been neglecting stretching and yoga lately, and I can definetly tell my muscles are tighter than normal. I'll have to work on that. Otherwise, it felt good to run fast. I couldn't remember if the pace was I or R, so I ended up doing it at R pace.
