7 miles- 7:02, 7:02, 7:06, 7:14, 7:02, 7:16, 7:15!

6x30 sec- .9, .10, .9, .9, .9, .10

I felt pretty good today. I've been neglecting stretching and yoga lately, and I can definetly tell my muscles are tighter than normal. I'll have to work on that. Otherwise, it felt good to run fast. I couldn't remember if the pace was I or R, so I ended up doing it at R pace.
