2 mile warmup, 4x1.75 mile uphill (1.75 mile down hill), 3 mile cool down

This was a pretty tough workout. I was at my aunt’s house this weekend and it’s pretty hilly there. I felt like I got a pretty good workout in though! Biking up hills is so much harder than running them!
