This workout was pretty difficult! I can't really do tempo on the bike. I just alternated between 2 minutes standing and 1 minute pedaling hard for the entire tempo portion. This made my legs pretty tired, but I was able to get my heart rate up around 170-175. As a result, there wasn't much difference between my tempo and hard though. This is pretty high for the bike! Overall, it was a great workout!
