I felt a lot better about today's race. I was hoping to run 6:00 pace, which would've been about an 18:35/18:40. (My PR is 18:26). However, I felt much more relaxed today, and I felt like I raced a lot more. So far this year, I have struggled being mentally present during the race and competing. Today wasn't perfect in that regard, but it was a step in the right direction. Overall, this weekend taught me that I have a lot of work to do, and I'm excited to get back to it for outdoor!

what did you think of the racing flats during the race? feel pretty good? think it helped with soreness, etc post-race?
