Went home for the weekend, so I got to bike outside! It was really windy out (20 mph), which made it a pretty tough workout. The splits are a little skewed, because I was biking 4:30 miles into the wind and 3:30 miles with it at my back. It was nice to be outside though! I biked out to Mitchell and then onto river road and out to spring park. Pretty hilly route! Average heart rate was 153.
