15 min w/u, 6 min hard, 2 min easy, 14x1:30 hard, 1:30 easy, 9 min c/d
I mimicked yesterday's running workout on the bike. It was pretty hard. My legs got pretty tired like 4 reps in. However, having intervals to focus on definitely makes the time go by faster. Plus, Rachel and Reganne biked with me, which was nice. I was actually able to get my heart rate up to 168, which is high for me on the bike. However, my average was still only 138.
