2 mile warm up (8:08, 7:54), 8x2 min hard, 2 min easy (4.5 miles), 1 mile cool down (8:01)

This workout went okay. I can definetly tell that I haven’t been eating/sleeping the best this week. Other than that, my foot hurt quite a bit. After I finished, it was hard to walk without limping. It was hard to tell exactly what pace I was going, but I think I was running around 6:00 pace for the hard parts.
