I don’t really like indoor bike workouts. It is really hard for me to get my heart rate above 130, hence the intervals. My heart rate wasn’t very high today, but I figured it’s okay to have an easy recovery day. I didn’t want to use the elliptical at the gym, because last time it aggravated my IT band.
