Notes

3 min warm up, 8x90 sec hard, 30 sec kick, 1 min easy + 3 min burnout at end

This workout was definitely the hardest workout I've done at Avera so far! The longer intervals made it very challenging. I think Jake is trying to find my breaking point though, so I refused to give him the satisfaction of knowing I was struggling. He said we will turn the jets up even more next time though, so we will see how that goes.
